Deviled egg sandwiches

This is a really quick and easy recipe for a tastey egg sandwich.
All you need is a few hard boiled eggs, yellow mustard, mayo, white sugar and a pinch of salt.

a trick to peeling eggs is to crack each tip on the table
then roll on the side to crack the shell all around
the shell will peel off easy!
add the yolks to a bowl and chop up the whites into small pieces
add 2-3 tablespoons of mayo, a squirt of mustard-if you add too much just add more mayo to even it out, a couple teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
mix up with a sppon until creamy, breaking the yolks to blend
and that's the sandwich, add lettuce if you choose and a pickle on the side. Mmmmmmm!
